About project

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common cancer diagnosed in children and has a favorable prognosis for long-term survival. The poorest treatment outcomes for this disease occur in patients with a congenital predisposition to cancer, who often present an increased risk of severe, life-threatening toxicity from therapy as well as an increased likelihood of developing a secondary malignancy.
